Default Canned baked beans

We aren't supposed to eat anything canned, right? Like veggie or baked beans? Even if they are low sodium?

No...even canned "low sodium" things are too high in sodium, I believe...ask your center if they agree.

start to look at sodium in all of the items you buy and you will begin to see how the sodium differs in things that are supposed to be "low-sodium"
When something is originally full of sodium (like ham) low sodium often means lower than what it is normally. I bough low sodium ham once that was still 600 mg of sodium for 3 of those thin slices, so be careful.

I have bene given the ojk to have no salt added canned veggies (I eat no salt added green beans often and add morton's salt to them when cooking)

My COD said that canned veggies, even low sodium, may slow your weight loss because they are so processed that it is no challenge for your body to metabolize them.
