Default Preparing

Hey all
Merry Christmas!

Well For two days I ate rather well, to put it mildly haha, but tomorrow I am starting my new years resolution early. Well, at least the diet part anyway. The weights/cardio will begin Jan 2nd. Here is the Plan for my new routine.

Full body weight routine (40 mins)
Walk on Tred mill (30mins)
Elliptical (10mins)
Stepper (5mins)

So that is the plan...however I need some ideas for the best full body routine Can anyone suggest which exercises are best...I am not new the weight training, I had been doing it for 8 years before I got leukemia last year (been off for a year due b/c I was recovering, I now have the go ahead from the docs...) so I am basically starting from scratch...

Thanks Ladies

What is your gameplan as far as workout days? Will this be daily or something like a M W F etc? Personally I like to focus on bodyparts so I may do 2 bodyparts each workout....like Monday work on chest/arms, Wed work on legs, Fri work on Back/shoulders. This would allow you to do more exercises on each body part and have more time to recover. Also, is this at a gym or at home? Some gyms have programs where you do a timed workout on maybe 7 or 8 machines. You may do 2 minutes of bench press then move to 2 minutes on the squat machine and so on. It may be something to look into.
