What are your fitness/health goals? I have been fighting my weight all my life. I realized that I needed to get back on the weight wagon when I looked in my closet and I had nothing that would fit correctly
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Making good choices with food and getting up b4 my kids to exercise
