What are your fitness/health goals? I have been fighting my weight all my life. I realized that I needed to get back on the weight wagon when I looked in my closet and I had nothing that would fit correctly

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Making good choices with food and getting up b4 my kids to exercise

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
1. Eating better on the weekends
2. Exercise more regularly.
3. get more veggiesin my diet

(Evil motivation) Who do you want to look better than?: I want to look as good as a lady at church (she's a sweetheart which makes this harder) who has 11kids and still wears under a size10

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? The "little" black dress
