What are your fitness/health goals? To lose weight and be healthy

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Finally "seeing" myself... not sure when it happened, it was a gradual thing. I just never saw in my own mind eye just how big I had gotten.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?

Bread, man, I love bread! And late night snacking... and exercise.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?

Exercise, no more bread, eat healthier.

My skinny *** mother in law! WENCH!

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?

Ohhhhhh there are these really cool flare bottomed, low rider jeans at the these cheechee store in the upscale mall around here.... they have this beautiful embroidered pattern at the bottom and hubby said if I can get into a 9... I can get them! They are $200!!!! HEHEHEH. Hmmmm watch them be gone by the time I get there but I will find another pair. HA!
