Does anyone know what the normal Wendy Plan is for Flex? It seems like I read it once upon a time, but it must've been sometime before I actually joined Weight Watchers.
angela, that's the way i do core most of the time but i wasn't calling it wendie core. i think the wendie core is more of distributing your wpa's so you have high days with them as well as low days. have you read this entire thread? i think there's an explanation here that will help you better than what i said?

Thanks, Melissa . Okay, so what I'm getting, from the very first post, is that we just take the 35 flex points we get for the week and go by your schedule. The day I choose for my SHD would be a Saturday, typically, and work around that day. And I still have the option of choosing another day of the week for my SHD if I need to, right?
Oh, hello everyone .. I'm a delurker who posted a question and Melissa responded to it as well as bumped this thread for me .
I went back to read this for my own info, and thought I'd bump it back up for any input that anyone has. I'm thinking I'm going to try distributing my wpas in a scheduled fashion this next week. Otherwise, I just get carried away with the darn things. OR I may use them all this weekend (two holiday parties) and be completely core all next week. But that doesn't usually work for me.
Regardless, I am going to post my real weight tomorrow morning (prepare to be alarmed) and start over. Again.
melissa, i'm going to go back to using wendie's plan for distribution of wpa's as soon as we get home from pocatello. this weekend i am going to try sensible eating. (does such a thing exist?) i will be in a tournament 2 days so i won't be overeating.
