Sorry this is a bit late in starting but I had a very busy weekend and wasn't online at all

Saturday 40 minute walk
Sunday 1 hour walk

Saturday - major housework and home maintenance type chores - so I am counting that as my exercise

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - 30 minute walk each day
