What are your fitness/health goals? To be down to a size 3, weigh 115 or less.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I have always wanted to lose weight, but the fact that I lived in FL and couldnt shop for a bikini was very annoying. And I hate the way my clothes work. And I want more jobs.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Staying away from holiday binging.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Finding new food options with low calories, finding more time to excersize (though next semester I am taking 3 dance classes. YES!)

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? I just want people to notice my weight loss, which some already have.
