My first loss...!!
Okay, I know it's small, but yesterday (the 29th) was the end of my first week of calorie counting, and I was curious to know if I was putting in enough effort, so I checked my weight and...I was down 4 pounds for my first week!! I'm so excited..it may seem like nothing, but if I can do that another 43 times or so, I'm at goal, lol! So, I just thought I'd share..I'm finally on my way to really doing this! Hopefully next week I share again about having a loss. 4 down, 171 to go!

good going!
4 lbs is a lot, when you're in the store, pick up 4 lbs of meat (or sugar) and you'll see.

Wow 4 lbs is fantastic. Any lose is a great loss. Most only lose 1 to 2 a week so don't worry about the size of the number as long as it's going down. You are well on your way to your Christmas goal so keep up the good work.
