Default Tantalizing Tuesday Tidbits - Nov 22

So let's get things started!

Breakfast: instant oatmeal, sliced banana, splenda, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: More Froufie soup (beef/barley/veggie), 1 apple

Snack: veggies & dip

DINNER - dd's birthday dinner - Japanese grill restaurant: miso soup, salad, shrimp appetizer - and probably steak & shrimp w/rice and veggies!

Ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins - but I think I will be able to pass on it as I am not crazy about cold cakes -esp in the winter!

So what's the difference between "pear on the run" and just a plain "pear"? ha ha ha

In my opinion a "pear on the run" will probably have less calories than a regular pear? just my thoughts of course
