Well, I'm starting on Phase 2 and was wondering if frozen yogurt is a no-no. I know we can't have ice cream (which is one of my faves) so am looking for alternatives. Any ideas or answers would be great.

Try posting in the South Beach areas since many of the people in the general support forum don't follow the South Beach Diet. You'll probably get more helpful information there
While I'm here, having done South Beach once almost 2 years ago, I would think it depends on the frozen yogurt. Sometimes, there's still a lot of sugar even though it is yogurt instead of ice cream. Maybe something sweetened with Splenda instead of sugar would be a good choice?
