OK, there are 5 weeks between Labor Day and Columbus - perfect for setting a new goal to reach.
My last weigh in will actually be a little early - the Thursday before Columbus day and that is 5 weeks for me.

My goal is to lose 5 pounds - 1 per week. And I challenge myself for this first week to remain OP every day. I've got 15 days going and I want to keep this up and not start slipping!
I'm in on this! I will fill in my goal Wednesday after WI...which is when I end my Labor Day goal...which I did not meet. Columbus Day will be a modest goal...I got too big for my britches, so to speak for Labor Day, after the Success I had for July 4th!
Well, just started and managed to lose 12 in August. I know its a stretch, but I am going to Brussels on October 13th and would LOVE to be under 150, so I am going to go for another 12 by CD. It's a super long shot, but maybe posting it as a goal here will keep my butt in gear
Hmmm. The first two weeks were kind of rough, but now I am getting somewhere. Plus, am in TOM, so this week should be good. Doubt SINCERELY that I will make goal, but hopefully I wont miss it by too much!

BFB - Sure, it's fine if you end it a day late. I thought about ending mine 3 days late, but then decided to end it early. I like your new mantra! Oh, and no, we don't get Columbus Day off.
I broke my OP streak this weekend. I only went over .5 on one day and 1 the next day. I feel like a failure though and I MUST get that out of my head! I have started all over on the challenge to myself.
My CD goal is to lose 3 lbs. Its not much but its part of my whole new outlook. The slower I lose it the better it stays off. So I plan to be 180 by CD.

I decided not to WI last night, will go tonight. I just felt too awful last night, and I had work to do anyway. There is a meeting tonight that I should be able to make, it's at 5:15, but it's not an express mtg., so if I get there at 5:35-5:40, I should be OK.
WI was not good, but I did not expect it to be, with AF hanging around making me miserable. I just did not expect it to be as miserable as it was! I gained 2.8lbs.!!

CD Goal: 234
So my goal will be to lose 5.2 lbs. in 4 wks. Normally I would say 5, because I WI on Wednesdays, and that would only be 2 days after Columbus Day, but I liked the Thursday night meeting, so I'll stick to that and make the 4th my last WI. So it's an ambitious goal, but I'm convinced that this gain is because of AF, so I think it'll come off easy.
