To get into great physical shape

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?

I realize that now that I'm single men no longer look at me the way they used too. Plus I'm tired of not bieng able to wear clothes that I like or take good pictures that don't make me look like a whale.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?

Eating healthy and exercising
