Default Indian Taco help...

So we are having a big celebration at work. And we are having indian tacos. I won't be doing the sour cream and I can eat just part of the shell but the rest is beans and salad stuff.
Anyone have any points or calorie info on indian tacos?

They are also having cotton candy, candy apples, nachos and corn dogs but I'm not doing that stuff just the taco.

yikes!

there is a co worker on ww and we are thinking no cheese, no sour cream, and of course no bread and it'll be doable.

Oh they are so good though!

I guess you could make up a batch of the one point soup to eat throughout the day if you wanted to eat the taco. That way it is a planned mean even if it is 21 points or use some of your flex points for the day. I used to do that when I was on WW. If it was ONE occassion I would go ahead do it and then not use any more flex points the rest of the week (even if I had some leftover.) HTH
