I love what I see but I am wondering how do I get a buddy? or do you do that?
Please any advice or help would be grateful.
there is a buddy thread...usually just post a little about you, and how much you are looking to loose, what kind of plan you are doing, like calorie counting, weight watchers, ect..and someone will "buddy up" with you. Good luck.
