LOL...so I weighed myself on the dog scale at work today (just for kicks). Hee hee...and I was 150 lbs!!! Which means, of course, that I'd gained 9 lbs in about 3 hours

The scale at the gym and the one I my house have both had me at 141 lbs for about 2 weeks. So another tech threw a 5-lb bag of dog food on the scale and it weighed in at 14.5 lbs. THANK GOODNESS
. But (of course) this also means that every dog we've weighed in the last few days (weeks?) has been "heavier" than they really are.
The lesson?
Pick one scale and stick to it...and don't weigh yourself at the vet's office
(not that you WOULD!)
don't trust scales made for dogs :-)
