I haven't officially weighed in for a while. For the past few weeks the weight loss has been slow (because I haven't done what I need to do). I'm now at 376, which is only a 4 pound loss in 3 weeks.

I'm nearing a 30 pound total loss since my return to 3fc. Not too shabby, but it could have been better!

WOW Dana! That's amazing. COngratulations!

I have an average .5 gain for the week -- partly due to TOM, partly due to not exercising 2 days because I fell and hurt my back and wanted to rest it, and partly due to -- believe it or not -- the 1/2 glass of wine I had last night -- always a weight kicker-upper.

Or maybe those are all things I tell myself so as not to be too bummed.

WTG on all the losses everyone and Paula you know that weight will come right back off. I'm back to 268.5, after an 8 pound gain from TOM last week so I'm happy. I'm sure had I been more disciplined with my exercise this weekend I could've seen a loss but it will come in due time.

I'm down .5lb. I guess I'm getting frustrated. In the month of October I've lost 4 lbs. thats it 4 whole pounds. I'm even exercising everyday for 30-45 minutes (step arobics) I'm following WW like crazy staying with in my point range, I'm drinking so much water the bathroom has become my new best friend. ugh.....just one of those days I guess. not giving up keep doing what I'm doing

WTG everyone. After a hiatus from my scale I stepped on yesterday to find I was the same. Not sure how to interpret that. I was struggling for a couple weeks and then had a really good week last week until Sunday. Could be I gained then lost with no net change? Ah well, the hazards of the scale. Trying to stay focused. Keep it up everyone.

Well it's not my regular weigh in day today (mine is Thursday) but I'm getting back on the wagon and need to post a re-starting point.
I don't really feel like I'm re starting per Se, but I am getting going again.

For the entire month of October, I have a net loss of ONE stinking little pound. I was doing better at the beginning of the month....wandered off the path and now have a two pound GAIN to report.

This is the first time I'll have to change my ticker in an upward direction since beginning this journey in April.

I'm very thankful, however, that I'm managing to pick myself up after a two pound gain and not a 40-50 pound one! I suppose that's something to be proud of?
Normally, in the past, I would have completely given up on myself after even a day or two of screwing up. I'll think I'll focus on that train of thought over the next few days while my spoiled body gets used to being treated properly again.

I actually have been feeling really crappy physically for the past few days of eating garbage...AND have had a few hives and skin irritations that I never even realized had gone away until they started again. Does anyone have similar skin issues when eating badly?

SO sorry for the BOOK
Ready to start again.
Love you guys!
xoxo
