Default Low carb pizza

I found this recipe for Low Carb pizza on another web site.
One lady said she used tofu cream cheese to make it more SBD friendly.
Make adjustments as needed for your plan. It got like 25 rave comments.

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning or pizza seasoning
1/2 teaspoon wet garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce (the lowest carb you can find)
3 cups mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings, of choice

Preheat oven to 375.
Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
Add cream, permesan, garlic and Italian seasoning.
Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray or oil.
Place 2 cups mozzerella cheese in bottom of pan.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture.
Add toppings of choice.
Cover with remaining mozzerella cheese.
Bake until bubbly and brown.
Let stand for 5 minutes.

8-12 servings

It may be low carb but it needs some adjustment to make it SBD Phase II!

Using low fat cream cheese nd Mozzarella may help but the heavy cream has to go. Perhaps it could be replaced by evaporated skim or 2%?

This is basically a pizza/quiche. It would be interesting to check out the fat content in the original recipe.

Would that amount of cream matter? It'd only be 1-2 tsp per person, assuming one eats only 1 serving, of course. Is that enough to matter? Or yes in ph 2, but maybe not in ph 3? I thought it might be like the recipes with a small amount of wine in them even in ph 1 - just a little works out to only a few calories per serving.
