Default All who need to lose 100 even!

I am looking for some weight loss buddies that I can chat with on a daily basis on like msn or through emails... we can give each other support and send motivational emails and stuff... But for me its important to have people who are all looking to lose the same amount... that way we are alll at the same spot. if that makes sense!

Hey, Chelseamb, we're all in the same boat here at the 100 lb. Club. Feel free to get and give support here. You and everyone else can post anytime, about anything. Although some of us are at different stages in this journey, we ALL remember what it was like when we first started. The more you post, the more you learn, and the more people can support you.

Oh no no. i plan on being here... but... I was thinking having like... a few people who I could be in direct contact everyday with would be nice... Its very very motivational to see people who have lost those goals, like you... its incredible and amazing... but... its also kinda weird cause im not losing like i wanna be... The weights just not coming off

It's taken me four years to lose this weight so, believe me, I know what it's like!

Tell us what you're doing, if you want, and maybe people will have some suggestions about how to help.

How about protein? And are you keeping a food diary and measuring? Many times people think they've got the portion thing under control by eyeballing it, but when they do weigh and measure, it turns out that they're eating more than they thought. That can certainly halt or slow down weight loss. I know it's a pain to do, but you get great feedback from weighing and measuring.

Yup, that commitment to exercise is a tough one. My warm bed calls me more than the cold pool, that's for sure.
