Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say that I am trying to get back on track, and although I didn't post much before, I was constantly reading what everyone else was posting and it kept me focused. I am tired of the point I am at, and lost my workout partner to a case of bad attitude (hers mostly, although i will accept the blame for some of it), so I am back to try and get inspiration and support, and possibly offer some along the way. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that we can all get each other through the holiday season on track.
