Here's something to do right now...
Go get something that weighs four pounds like a few cans or a couple small weights, and put them in a bag or box and carry them around for a few minutes. Then put them down and walk around. It is a GREAT motivator to do this! Doing this really helped me keep going on my weight loss because I could really appreciate NOT carrying around those extra pounds!
