Smile 4!!

Hiya everyone!!

I am a daily scale watcher..It helps me to stay on track. I weighed in this morning and lost 4 Lbs!! I am thrilled! I had done 2 minutes of Richard Simmons video yesterday..but my eating was so-so. My problem is that I don't do any movements. I eat mindless, not mindful and that is what I what to learn. The news will have a segement about mindless eating on channel 4 this morning.

Just wanted to share my news and Have a great day..

Hi Liliann!

FOUR POUNDS GONE! Yea!!!!! That's fantastic! Keep moving to our buddy, Richard, and keep thinking of how great you feel carrying four less pounds around with you!

Here's something to do right now...

Go get something that weighs four pounds like a few cans or a couple small weights, and put them in a bag or box and carry them around for a few minutes. Then put them down and walk around. It is a GREAT motivator to do this! Doing this really helped me keep going on my weight loss because I could really appreciate NOT carrying around those extra pounds!

You go, girl!!!
