I love "I Lost It"! For the first 6 months of exercising, I would get up around 4:45 and exercise so that I would be through by 5:30 in time to watch the morning episode of I lost it. It was very motivating. Now DH's work schedule has changed so I get up around 5:30 and exercise, occasionally watching I lost it while exercising.
I would like to see some new episodes though. I think I've seen them all!
