Default not a good day.

I got up this morning and went to get my son up and when I picked him up I did something to my back! Now it hurts really bad. So, I can't exercise this morning! I am hoping it will be better this afternoon so I can exercise then. I got on the scale this morning and I have lost NOTHING in 5 days! How can that happen? I do not get it!! But I will keep plugging away and hope by Monday (my weight in day) that something has come off the scale. Thanks for listening. Jelly

Jelly- Hang in there girl! Please please be careful with your back. Try not to do so much you could possibly make things worse. Also, I know for myself that as I was loosing weight the scale would stay the same most of the month and then a few days prior to my TOM it would go UP about 1-1 1/2 pounds and then a day or so after my TOM the scale would drop!!!! a good six pounds or so. Just keep going you WILL get there.

ohhh Jelly sorry about your morning. Be careful with your back. It's better to have one day off from excercise to heal than to hurt yourself to the point that you'll have to take 6 weeks off....take it easy until you're ready. As for the scale, as long as your eating the way you should the scale will catch up. Hang in there hon!

Ouch! Sorry about your back. Please take it easy until you feel 100%.

There are so many things that could be going on with your scale, just hang in there, the loss will come!

So sorry about your back! Be gentle with it. Ice, heat? Hopefully, one of those will help.

Kudos to you for hanging in there! I've been defeated by the scale in the past, and let it ruin my day (week, month) so I congratulate you for continuing to plug away and not let a number throw you off track.

Thanks guys! My back hurt all of yesterday. I almost exercised in the afternoon any way, but didn't. I took something for it all day and kept puting heat on it and today I feel MUCH better! I am so glad I didn't push it yesterday, but I will have to make up for it sunday! Thanks for your help. Jelly
