Default workout music
Hey everyone- ive just started to go to the gym again and I need some music to put on my ipod to help keep me motivated while working out.... any suggestions?

My personal favourite is "I love myself today" by Bif Naked. I could listen to it on repeat for my entire workout!

I also like Stacey's Mom & Skater Boy - kind of like alternative when I'm working out. LOL - it's the only time I can really stand to tell the truth.

I love to listen to either rap or some kind of dance music with a really quick beat and high energy. Eminem, Snoop dog or kitty cat dolls make good ones. Plus it reminds me of what I am working for when I can call up in my head what they look like. lol
