Default Thought I would post this here as well...

I'm gonna try to post some pics. I have lost only about 20 but a lot more inches. Started to get discouraged to not see a change on the scale.

The first two is this summer (me on the right in both) at about 265lbs.
Next is me & DH with a friend's baby just last week at 261lbs (& stuck!)
The 2nd last one is last Christmas with my Grandma at 283lbs
& finally this is me working on our house renos last winter - again 283lbs

I can TOTALLY see the difference! Don't get discouraged - you're well on your way to your goal and we can all do this together!
Beautiful dress by the way - its really a flattering colour on you.

Don't be discouraged. You're doing a great job. You can definitely see the difference. If you don't see it on the scales, just celebrate your none scale victories. You will get there.

Wishing You All The Best
