You know.....sometimes you just feel defeated and then a light comes on.
I got up this morning thinking I had lost my way because I have been so busy I can't get to the gym and get a workout in. I think next week life will slow down (but I think that almost every week....sigh)
Anyway I got on another website where they do calorie counts and I planned the day and I guess what I came in under 1800. It made me feel a little better knowing what I eat today will not be that bad. I had already thought it through and well I figured another day blown......but I guess not.
I have struggled and struggled with weekends and going out with friends etc. I love to see them and go different places but I have some real issues with sticking to plan (obviously since I am dealing with same 7 pound loss since Jan.)
