About motivation: You just keep on doing what you're doing right not, enjoying it while the motivation is strong. After a while, it gets to be habit, so that helps keep you going after the motivation wears thin.
Now when my habits aren't quite enough, I just have to keep reminding myself that I am committed
to doing this, whether I'm motivated or not. And, of course, coming here and getting and giving support certainly helps with motivation and with commitment.
