Thanks Carol,i'm looking forward to the weekend.I have to be extra careful though,i want to be down next week.i only lost 1lb this week and i've been down every week since i started and i don't want to fool that up .i want to have a good lost for october month.i'm trying to get to 205 by new years.

Just a note it was also the Korean equivalent of Thanksgiving. Tons of home made Korean food! I am still at 249.
