No i did not mean bliss!! This is a 14 day BLITZ. 14 days till valentines day, so i am going to set my goals again, and give me a blits of push and make it just 14 days!! I can do anything for just 14 days right??? right!!

here is my plan

Eat OP!
exercise 12 of the 14 days all out effort. I can do anything for 14 days!!!
keep my calories above 1500
incerase my omege 3 fats!! and decrease my omega6 (looking for a good supplement)

My goals:
Cleanse my body of all the toxins.
Drink tons and tons of water daily.
Eat OP.
Exercise EVERY day. Some kind of movement EVERY day.

And to smile, because I know this is GOOD for me.

I'm feeling confident today. Just 14 days. We can do this.

My goals are:

Lose 2 more lbs by the 14th.
Drink at least 100 oz of water a day.
Start my cardio exercises again.
