Kimberly -- I'm glad you came back! I think it's really important for us to get back on the wagon when we fall off, and I really appreciate people talking about HOW they do that, as it is a big fear for all of us!

It sounds like you have both been going through big transitions and I know that transitions are lifestyle killers! You need to find a way to get your lifestyles back once you're both settled in.

Glad to see you back. Try to focus on what you have achieved. You've still lost LOADS even if you have put a bit on. Better to climb back on that wagon now than later!

Oh, I'm so glad to see you Kimberley!!!!

Boy are we in the same boat weight wise...although you've still lost a ton..I gained back all of my progress. We're now about the same weight..just like we have been pretty much since I joined here.

We can do this...it's just that when you get lost from the road...it's sometimes very hard to find your way back.

Hey all thanks for the post. As Kimberley said we been busy and bad. I'm back on track though. I'm in the Chicago area this week on business. Two days in and I'm doing great on eating. Being on the road is always the hardest. Thanks to a good hotel breakfast and subway I'm doing good. I even went to the hotels fitness center tonight. It sure feels good to be eating right again. Thanks again for asking about us.
