:carrot: i was wondering if anyone else is doing the slimfast plan.

i dont do the plan - per say - but i have a TON of them in the fridge - at least 5 or 6 at any time - so - if im going somewhere that i know i am going to be tempted to binge, i have it with me. i drink that instead and its a steady reminder of what i've set out to do. because of that - they will frequently substitute meals like they are supposed to do, but not on a specific daily plan with it. i dont think i'd be able to keep the weight off if i did that... i cant drink 2 slim fasts everyday for the rest of my life....
