Hi Chicks,

I wanted to let you know I have been here but not posting because I have been incredibly busy at work for the past month since school started. I think I am finally getting my head above water and can see a light at the end of the tunnel. One of my best friends had dropped her gym membership and she was a big motivator for me but she called me the other day and told me that she rejoined. We are getting back there on Tuesday together. I am going to make a point of getting there three times a week.

Tomorrow I will go alone to the gym and either swim or walk or something. If it is nice I will walk the river.

Chicks.......being away from it for this long I can feel the old aches and pains coming back to me.

I am still at 250 as of this morning. I have stopped weighing everyday. I have relaxed and made sure I eat a healthy breakfast and lunch. Dinners can be susupect as I do a grab and go thing.......I am happy I have not gained in the month.

Glad your back. I have found it helps to keep me honest if I am posting and just not lurking which is what i tend to do when I am not following the program as well as I should. But man their are some wonderful people here who are helping to inspire me. So keep coming I need the company!

Nice to see you again DollyR. I've not been as active here as I have been in the past. I really need to get my thing together too, I have been cruising at this weight for so long, I am getting too used to it! I want to buy a buy nice new things for winter, but I would like to get the next size down!

I just bought some clothes because I know winter is on the way and here in Korea it will be freezing soon. I know I should wait but I also know I am limited in where I can buy online so I wanted to get some things before they are out of stock.

I need a new down coat for when the siberian winds hit here. Yikes I am already starting to shiver.......

bbrrrrr,i 'm feeling that cold wind lol.glad your back in the swing of things,we really need that strengh to keep on trudging this road we are on and comming to this place makes the journey alot more fun.
