well its been a while ...... lets see put back the 18lbs i lost and added 13lbs woo go me !!!
not quite 100lbs to lose but pretty darn close !
my name is kate, i'm a mommy to twin 10 year olds (still havn't lost that pregnancy weight gain yet
) a boy toby and a girl abby. married for 13 years to hubby (who is one of those evil people that never gain weight
, don't ya just wanna smack them ????)
my best weight loss i got down to 180, i lost my shelf butt and was looking pretty darn good, made it to a size 16. but that was 4 years ago
did ww before christmas and got rid of 18lbs, but (polterguist impression coming up) "they're baaaaaaaaaack" and they brought 13 of their friends to join this weight loss party.
as you can see i'm not down on myself anymore, i think i've turned a corner, i no longer care if i lose 3lbs a week, or lose 50lbs in 6 mths. after all this time, if it takes me 3 years, then thats what it takes.
but saying that i would like to lose 20lbs by christmas
gotta have a little goal right ?
anyways this has turned into a novel. so i'll just say i look forward to chatting and cheering you girls on.
