I struggle with exercise also. Right now I am trying to work myself up to 1200 minutes a month (works out to an hour 5 days a week) but Im still being lazy!

I have found that if I use a book on cd only while I am exercising, I am more interested in getting the workout in most days.

Hi Tiffany! Welcome to the forum. Boy can I relate to you... we're about the same weight and height. My latest THING has been that my work is having a company picnic thing at Geauga Lake (an amusement park here in Ohio) and I think I'm too big to get on the rides. I hate sitting at tables in restaurants because my *** hangs over the sides of the chair and I hate booths because my stomach hits the table!

A lot of people who had joined this forum at the same time I did are looking GREAT. I have been through a lot of BS the past year but together we all can, EVENTUALLY, lose the weight and live a healthy life style. This is a great place for support. You just have to post often and make it part of your plan (when I was losing... that's what I did!)
