Another Hot One Today !!
 

Well, I have not been able to think of one good thing in relation to this heat except...I have no appetite...also no energy for exercise, but at least I am not overeating...LOL...How is everyone else doing in the heat??

miserable lol but at least i can exercise at work if we're not busy and i just joined the gym woohoo. I dont do heat very well... im a wimp, but at least we dont haaave to be outside and thank God for AC.

I solved the exersise thing, I swin laps and do water aerobics. I took the kids to the zoo today and found myself actually looking forward to working out because I would finally get to cool off.

Ya I have found the pool to help a lot for exercising in the hot weather! Although I still try to get out there when it is cool and even raining when I can. :)
