My sister has her own fitness video out!
 

My sister, Debbie O'toole (1/2 sister--different mom) has her own fitness video out..I'm so proud of her! She's over 40 and looks so great! She's had 3 kids... gosh I hope I look half as good as she does when Im her age!

She's been a personal trainer forever and has taught classes at gyms but now she has her own program out. I wish I had more of her genes, LOL!

We aren't super close (she is much older than me..didn't grow up together or anything --my dad was 20 years older than my mom and had been married before and had Debbie and my brother), but she has been such an inspiration to me..

I am excited so just thought I would share!

Have you tried her video yet? It looks great. Maybe you DO have the same genes...you just have to follow her exercise program to shake 'em up a bit! :)
