Welcome back! Not sure if we have "met" yet or not (kinda hard to keep track of everyone here), but nice to "meet" you! Regains suck, but you aren't letting that discourage you, and you're getting back on track, and that's what counts so that's great!

Just a small misstep that you'll overcome quickly. Glad you're back!

Welcome back, Huggy! I'm currently working off a 17 pound regain, so I get where you're coming from. Good on you for tackling it before it gets too out of hand.

back!!!! In the grand scheme of things.. 9 pounds is NOT that bad! You recognized it, and decided to do something about it before 9 turned into 18 or 32.. thats a great step in the right direction.. !!!

Welcome! I am also a mom of five. And one of my favorite parts about the weight loss is that I am able to do so much more with my kids! (I am now training for a half-marathon with my 14YO daughter and 12YO son. Who woulda thunk?) And it won't take you until you get to goal to be able to enjoy the benefits of taking better care of yourself. I saw results within weeks and was able to do more and enjoy more of my kids just from the lifestyle changes (eating better and exercising), though the weight loss was certainly a huge step as well.

Great to have you here! Can't wait to hear your success stories.
