Hi all,

First, I dropped another pound, so I am really happy! I don't have time during the day to get into this web site, unfortunately, but I did want to say that today I will stay 100% on my self designed program. So far it seems to be working for me. I especially want to pay attention to the water and get the water in. That is a hard one for me for some reason because I actually prefer water over anything else (well, except coffee!).

I'll check in later.

WTG on getting the water in!! That is something I always have to conciously get done as well, I had to give up the Diet Coke in order to make sure I got the water in or I was never getting in as much water as I should. Keep up the great job!
