I'm down a couple pounds-mostly held water-but-hey(!) I'll take it as my ankles aren't like logs now.
Thought I'd give myself a goal sticker like others do. Maybe I can stay more focused.
I also am trying not to reach for the food when I'm upset. Reading-writing-gardening-brush the dog-call a friend that I can share with(we share almost daily

. I have unlimited long distance-thank goodness as she is two states away. I pretend we are having coffee together and she is sitting across the table from me. Worked well for 36 years when my late sister was in Fla. The personality comes thru the phone lines. Remember the smile.
