You know, the sad thing about that is there are times I wished I could stay ill so that I could lose weight. I would have a day when I was sick and not feel like eating and pray that the feeling would stay. It is pretty sad to think of some of the things I would put myself through to lose weight even though I wouldn't do the basics like exercise and cut calories.

Jen...that is awesome.....and a huge accomplishment....Nancy...you are so close as well.....I'll cross my fingers for you to make that next step......

I remember well when I passed that goal...now the 250 mark seems so far away....but thats why I chose my name.....generally I'm NOT good at taking things slowly and celebrating the little losses...
