    So, I'm VERY excited...as I've lost inches - FINALLY!! I'm most proud of the -1.75" off my waist and the -2.15" off my hips! (I lost about 15" total!! I'm sure I won't lose this much next time, but it's good for now.

    I think the inches going down and looser clothes can feel more satisfying than the scale.
