Default Weekly Weigh-In 6/5-6/11

Well I did not see one for this week so here it is. I've droped 9 lbs this week. Yes a lot of that is water. I let myself creap back up to 260 these last few weeks but I am back in control now.

After having a horrible weigh last week (and being off plan due to a conference) I am proud to say that I have lost 3.6 lbs!

My scaled said that I maintained but all of my new pants are now bigger ...one of them I bought saturday and yesterday they were barelly hanging on my hips. I'll try out my mom's scale at home and see if mine is just out of wack.

Good job Carol. Foreverhopefull maintaining or losing it's all better than the alternative. Keep up the good work and it will pay off.

Hi everyone.

Some of you might remember me. I'm back (AGAIN! LOL). I lost 3 lbs last week. My weigh in days are on Monday. I'm worried about this week because I've already eaten some "off plan" things this week but we'll see how it goes.

Congrats to all the losers and to everyone for keeping up the efforts!

I maintained this week, but I'm okay with that.. I was out for most of the week with a mild stomach flu, so exercise was not an option.
