    Hey yall
    Yes I am from ALABAMA...I use the word Yall...
    Just wanted to update..
    I have now lost 50 lbs...
    I have not been real active on the board in a while.. Been busy with a vacation and Vacation Bible school...
    I just wanted to share my mini victory..
