Default I can cross my legs now!

So what can you do now that you've lost some weight, that you couldn't do before?

I have my break with this gal that is long and lean. I used to enviously watch her cross her legs then put the foot around and under her calf. Sigh ...
But now I can too!

I can put on my favorite jeans without muffin-topping (you know, when your fat kind of billows up and out over the waist?)... so long as they didn't just come out of the wash.

This is to funny - In an odd silent way it's how I have always celebrated my weightloss in silence - so proud that i cand do it - and with such ease. I abuse the right to a little to much now i think.

Go into any public building and not have to worry if I can fit in the chairs they have to offer.

Sit in a cinema seat for a 2 and a half hour movie (Munich) and still have room to manouvre.

Sit on a bar stool with metal curved arms.

Touch my toes with my legs straight.

Have Col put his arms around me and clasp his hands together and there still be room!

I recently graduated to being able to cross my legs & find myself doing it all the time now without even realizing. Although I every time I realize I'm doing I hear my very first boyfriend saying "don't sit like that - you're going to get varicose veins". Lol - what 17 year old boy worries about that?

I can squat on the floor without my belly squishing the air out of my ribcage. This means I can tie my shoes without having to find a chair first!

Yes, I just rediscovered a comfortable leg-crossing recently, too. It used to be actually difficult to do, now it's quite comfortable. I can't do the skinny-girl cross yet (wrapping my toes around my calf after they're crossed), but in due time.

Penor, I do that fat-pants thing too! When pants are a bit too big and I still wear them, I do a little woo-hoo in my head when I can shimmy them down without unbuttoning them. Does that mean it's time to donate them and buy smaller?

My hands are losing that chubby look and are starting to look more defined.

My biggie? I can breathe comfortably the whole time I give myself a pedicure! You remember the days of trying to paint your toe nails, but you have trouble breathing while you do it? Not anymore!
