Default What a difference...

...twenty pounds makes!

I never thought twenty pounds would make such a difference, considering how much I have to lose. But I walk lighter, sleep better, clothes fit better, get hugged tighter...

It's funny too, that the weight leaves my face, legs, arms, neck then at the end hits my tummy (which is where most of the fat hangs out)... I feel so uneven.

Default 20 lbs loss!

You are doing so well...keep up the good work. I know how good it feels both physically and mentally when you lose weight...stay with it. You are worth it.

I know what you mean, I've lost almost twenty pounds and when I took my measurements that 20 pounds equaled about 21 inches! And that was just in the areas I was able to measure. Obviously I've lost a lot of weight in my face and other unmeasurable places, that make me look so much slimmer and younger.

I know what you mean about through the belly. It lost a lot too, but since there is so much there, it seems to still be big and "uneven."
