I take the one a day womens multi-vitamin as well, I figure taking this one vitamin has to be better than taking none at all! Kwim?! Anyway's I never forget to take it because i take it along with my birth control every morning and we wouldn't want to forget that one important pill now would we (talking to myself). This is a great pill with lot's of nutrients and extra calcuim for women And i feel great when i take it not really energized but I just feel good. ~ Kim

I am really bad a taking vitamins regularly. I try, but it just never seems to catch on.

Also, I was once told that the vitamins sold so cheaply on the pharmacy shelf are almost useless since they are synthatic and our bodies can't process these properly. Does anyone know if this is true? I think about that everytime I put a vitamin in my mouth, wondering if there is any point to it. Of course, to buy the "real" vitamins in pill form costs a small fortune so I don't want to do that either.

I take the same chewable vitamin that I give my kids. As for calcium, I've been buying Benefiber with calcium. I stir a tablespoon in my oatmeal and kill two birds with one stone.

Well since I have had this problem with abnormal paps I have started taking 1,000 to 2,000 C a day and 1200 Folic acid. I also take a calcium tablet with soy. I started the C and folic because it is supposed to be good for your immunity. If I build it up maybe this stupid virus will go away or least back into hiding so I don't have to worry any more.

FYI.....wish me luck I go for my next test on Saturday. Think Positive folks!!!

I take a muti and 500 mg of C each day plus my doctor has me take Glucosamine for my knees. The Glucosamine does help my knee joints all though I think the biggest help was getting the weight off. However either way I don't have the knee pain I did last year. If any of you are having knee problems give it a try. It takes a month for it to build up in your body so you won't get the benefit if you don't take it regular. She has me take 1500mg a day and she also told me don't bother getting the kind with chondroitin in it because they are finding out that it does no good. I buy the Spring Valley from Walmart. You can get 100 tablets for around $11.00. So that not bad for a 3 month supply.

I agree! I used to have a knee problem and I took glucosamine with chondrotin and msn. My knee problem went away and I have not had any trouble in a long time. I stopped taking it because I was one of the people who gets and upset stomach from it but it did build my cartilage back up and my knee feels good.

I would love to take my viatmin in the morning with my pill, but it gives me an upset stomach. I wonder if I varied the brand if I could find one that didn't. Hmmmm

Sheila - do you think there is enough calcium in a daily vitamin??

I take Calcium/Mag combo, Co-Q-10, B complex, Carnitine, and a mixed berry antioxidant.

I take a generic brand multivitamin, I got a bottle of 365 of them at Walgreens for under 7 bucks on sale. Can't beat that!

I also take a supplement of calcium with vitamin D because, though I love cheese and yogurt, I still can tell from FitDay that I'm not meeting all my calcium needs.

I'm at the point of remembering to take them about 90% of the time.

I use one of those daily pill containers that hold seven days of pills. I leave it sit by my computer so I remember to take them daily.
