Ack! I now have three days to journal...

Friday
Breakfast: McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait
Lunch: Healthy Choice meal (turkey medallions)
Snack: Soy chips
Dinner: Outback Steakhouse with dad paying! Half of the 7 oz filet mignon, salad with their fat free dressing (no croutons, yes cheese), NO bread and butter, baked potato with sour cream and butter on the side and added by me, and some sauteed onions
Snack: Snack-size jelly bellies smuggled into the movies

Exercise: Dad came around noon so my exercise routine was a bit sporadic. We did about a 10 minute hike up and down a mountain, and I lifted weights for about 20 minutes while talking to him.
Calories: About 1500 (though could vary wildly, I estimated my dinner at about 800 calories

Saturday
Breakfast: 1 serving vegetable-cheese quiche, 1 cup fresh pineapple
Lunch: Chicken and cheese enchilada
Snack: Luna bar, oatmeal, and Yoplait fruit yogurt
Dinner: Lowfat Mattar Paneer (Indian dish with peas, tofu, some veggies, different sauces, had some rice with it)
Snack: 1 oz peanuts

Exercise: 30 minutes exercise bike
Calories: About 1750

Sunday
Breakfast: Veggie and cheese omelette with lowfat cheese and salsa, and some potatoes o'brien cooked in a splash of olive oil
Lunch: Stir fry from 3.5 oz of leftover fillet mignon, lots of veggies, and brown rice
Dinner: Shrimp curry with peppers and onions, over coconut ginger jasmine rice

Exercise: 30 minutes exercise bike, 20 minutes weights
Calories: About 1450

-------

I've been bored with food lately, so eating more ethnic things, just for a change of pace. I did pretty good at Outback, I think. And the jelly beans at the movie were 160 calories, as opposed to 800 calories on popcorn, so not a bad compromise. And I love my digital scale. I weigh things fanatically now, it's so funny.
