Back from the gym
Well group I went to the gym..
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill
& 10 on the elliptical..

Yes the skinny people was out and about ...
Being from a small town
You know most everyone..If you do not know them you know of them..

That makes it hard..

Anyway I was very out of place but I pushed through it.

I'm new here, but let me still say: "WAY TO GO!" Going to the gym is really hard when you're starting out and it feels like all the skinnies are there.. but I'm glad for you that you did it! I really miss my gym alot, and wish that I could afford to go down here in Key West, but alas, only one gym offers day care and it is not within my price range, so I am toughing it out the best I can walking with my MP3 player every morning, and doing some weight training at home. Hubby and I are trying to work out a schedule where each of us can hit the base gym some time during the day, but so far our schedule and the gym's aren't meshing. Oh well.. here's to warm mornings in Key West which make my walking possible and enjoyable..

Once Again... Awesome Job on going to the gym and toughing it out! Good luck and I know you can keep it up.....
