Last week I post upset that I had been working so hard for 4 weeks with no results. My scale bounced from 257 to 262. Well I hid the scale and promised to weight in only once a week. Yesterday I weighted in at 252!!! I couldnt help myself and jumped on it about a hundred times since and it was consistant only went 252 or 252.5!
I have a problem with scale addiction. I put it up now and wont touch it till next week, Promise.
