Hi! So of all the boards, I think I'll probably settle here because I'll need to lose more than 100. Right now my goal is 90 and I'll see where that gets me. Is that close enough? I have a feeling it will end up needing to be more.
Anyhow, I started Jan 1. I'm moving slowly. I'm just cutting out as much junk as I can. Also sauces like sour cream, etc. I've cut out soda completely. I always loved water so that's not a problem. I'm also trying to increase my physical activity. And I've actually lost 2 pounds. I can't believe it! It's such a small amount but it's so motivating.
