Default Songs that make exercise more fun...

This is one I like when it comes up on my mp3 player at the gym... just makes me want to move a little faster

Artist: Soundtracks
Album: Shrek 2
Title: Accidentally In Love - Counting Crows

So she said, "What's the problem, baby?"
What's the problem I don't know
Well, maybe I'm in love (love)
Think about it everytime
I think about it
Can't stop thinking about it

How much longer will it take to cure this?
Just to cure it cause I can't ignore it if its love (love)
Makes me wanna turn around and face me
But I don't know nothing about love

Come on, come on
Turn a little faster
Come on, come on
The world will follow after
Come on, come on
Cause everybody's after love

So I said I'm a snowball running
Running down into the spring that's coming all this love
Melting under blue skies
Belting out sunlight
Shimmering love

Well baby I surrender
To the strawberry ice cream
Never ever end of all this love
Well I didn't mean to do it
But there's no escaping your love

These lines of lightning
Mean we're never alone,
Never alone, no, no

Come on, Come on
Move a little closer
Come on, Come on
I want to hear you whisper
Come on, Come on
Settle down inside my love
Come on, come on
Jump a little higher
Come on, come on
If you feel a little lighter
Come on, come on
We were once
Upon a time in love
We're accidentally in love
Accidentally in love (x7)
Accidentally
I'm In Love, I'm in Love,
I'm in Love, I'm in Love,
I'm in Love, I'm in Love,
Accidentally (X 2)
Come on, come on
Spin a little tighter
Come on, come on
And the world's a little brighter
Come on, come on
Just get yourself inside her
Love ...I'm in love

I love love LOVE The Black Eyed Peas "Pump It" and the song "Because We Can" from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack-both have such a quick beat that you just can't help but try to step on the down beat!

The shrek song is actually my boyfriend's and my song! The first time we held hands was at that movie. We had known each other for over 6 years as friends and "accidentally" fell in love. That song is playing at our wedding!

Accidentally in love is on my workout rotation too!

I also have some Black Eyed Peas (let's get it started) and a few of their others too ..

I really need to expand my workout song rotation though ;-)

Here's my current favourites. My hubby is going insane wanting me to change it up but they're working for me right now. Some of them are pretty cheesey but the beats are great!

Hey Ya - Outkast
Fortunate Son - CCR
Don't Stop Me Now - Queen
We're Not Gonna Take It - Twisted Sister
99 Red Balloons - Nena
All The Small Things - Blink 182
Holding Out For a Hero - Bonnie Tyler
Holiday - Green Day
Scotty Doesn't Know - Lustra
You Shook Me All Night Long - AC/DC

Hello!! I'm not a member of this club but I saw this thread and had to post!

The new album of Madonna (Confessions on the Dance Floor) is EXCELLENT for working out. Even if you are not a big Madonna fan, it just has excellent beats that really make you want to MOVE! I think I'm addicted to it!
